This peace feeds, soothes, honors and affirms us from within. There is purity in our lust; clarity in our confusion; innocence in our crimes; and belonging even in the thralls of rejection.

Can we feel the freedom of a bird? The belonging of a flower? The esteem of an oak tree? The innocence of a cloud? The purity of water? The peace of a sunset? When we feel it outside, we’re already feeling it inside. A healing process begins.

One could not become two without the one that feeds, sustains and outlives the dance of two. Two are always formed of the one, which means that all duality is formed of Nonduality.

When consciousness meets consciousness, vitality is released.

In so many ways, suffering – when allowed – looks like love. Our cry of suffering is the cry for reunion: it is the calling towards home and the awakening of our True Nature. When we repress that call of suffering – which is the precise music of our healing – we also repress the love.

We are born free as creatures of bliss, compassion, friendliness, innocence and curiosity. Among us, there is a tremendous love and natural belonging. Burning beneath our numbness, negativity and grief is a celebration of life and a passion for being here

The pain of separation happens within the fact of wholeness. We believe it is an actual disconnection, but it is rather the change in flavor of connection from nurture to torture.

Problems don’t go away just because we ignore them. This includes the big problems of who, what and where we are.
